A client wants twenty white housings for a sensor product by Friday. PLA looks right but will soften in a sunny window, and standard PETG would take most of the week at the slow speeds it needs. You need a clean white part that is tough, heat tolerant and fast to print, all at once.

Creality Hyper PETG in white is a high-flow PETG formulated for printing at up to 300 mm/s, so you keep PETG's toughness and weather resistance without giving up your printer's speed.

Clean, bright functional parts, delivered in hours instead of days.

White High-Speed PETG | Up to 300 mm/s | 1.75mm, 1kg Spool | 220 to 260°C Nozzle | 70 to 80°C Bed | Impact and Chemical Resistant | Waterproof and Weather Resistant

Who Creality Hyper PETG white filament is built for

Product designers making short production runs

White is the default colour for consumer electronics, medical-style housings and appliance parts. Hyper PETG gives you that clean finish with the toughness to survive assembly, screws and drops. On a Creality K2 Plus 3D Printer with CFS Combo, you can print a full plate of white sensor housings at high speed and hand a client finished samples the same day.

Small print farm operators

White parts sell well for home, office and signage products, but only if they print fast enough to be profitable. Hyper PETG keeps your printers running near full speed on functional jobs instead of throttling for standard PETG. A run of 40 white wall-mounted router brackets prints in far fewer hours, freeing machines for the next order.

Hobbyist Makers fixing things around the house

Replacement appliance clips, bathroom fittings, cupboard hinges and light switch covers are usually white and need to cope with heat, water and handling. Hyper PETG matches that brief. Load it in a Creality Ender-3 V3 KE 3D Printer and print a replacement shower caddy bracket that will not soften or swell in a steamy bathroom.

What sets Creality Hyper PETG white filament apart

PETG at modern printer speeds

Molten PETG is thick, which is why standard grades under-extrude when you push the print speed. Creality formulated the Hyper series for higher flow, and Hyper PETG is rated for up to 300 mm/s. On a fast CoreXY machine, a PETG job that once ran overnight now finishes in a working day. Start from the Hyper PETG profile in Creality Print, then fine-tune temperature and speed to your printer, nozzle and part geometry.

Tough enough for parts that get handled

PETG bends before it breaks, which makes it the right choice for clips, latches and housings that see repeated assembly. Hyper PETG has high impact toughness and strong layer bonding at its 220 to 260°C nozzle range, so screw bosses and thin walls hold up in use. For functional parts made by fused filament fabrication, that blend of toughness and print speed is what makes PETG the everyday engineering material.

Ready for kitchens, bathrooms and the outdoors

White parts often end up in wet or warm places. Creality rates Hyper PETG as waterproof and weather resistant, with good resistance to many household and workshop chemicals. PETG also holds its shape at temperatures where PLA starts to soften, so parts near a geyser, in a car or on a sunny windowsill stay dimensionally stable. One verified buyer on PB Tech reports it absorbs water more slowly than many PETGs, which helps in humid conditions.

A clean white finish with less stringing

Strings and blobs show up clearly on white parts, so a clean-printing PETG matters more here than with darker colours. Creality optimised Hyper PETG's flow to reduce stringing and nozzle build-up, and verified buyers report low stringing and a smooth surface. Keep the spool dry, because PETG is hygroscopic and moisture is the main cause of wisps, bubbles and rough walls. Combined with a 70 to 80°C bed and about 50% part cooling, you get crisp white parts that need little cleanup.

Frequently asked questions about Creality Hyper PETG white filament

How does Hyper PETG white compare with standard white PETG?

Hyper PETG is the better choice on fast printers. It is formulated for up to 300 mm/s, while Creality PETG Filament, 1kg, 1.75mm, White and CRON PETG Filament, 1kg, 1.75mm, White are good value for slower bed-slinger printers where speed is not the limit.

Should I use white Hyper PETG or white Hyper PLA?

Use Hyper PETG for parts exposed to heat, water or impact. Use Creality Hyper PLA Filament with RFID, 1kg, 1.75mm, White for display models, prototypes and painted pieces, where sharper detail and easier printing matter more than toughness.

Can I paint or sand white Hyper PETG?

Yes, but prepare the surface first. PETG is slightly glossy and more flexible than PLA, so lightly sand with fine grit paper and use a plastic primer before painting. White is a good base colour because it needs fewer coats for light or bright finishes.

How should I store and dry it?

Store it sealed with desiccant whenever it is not on the printer. Damp PETG strings, pops and leaves rough surfaces, which shows clearly on white. If print quality drops, dry the spool in a filament dryer, typically around 65°C for four to six hours, before changing slicer settings.

Does it suit South African conditions?

Yes, PETG copes with summer heat much better than PLA, so white parts in cars, garages or sunny rooms keep their shape. In humid coastal areas, keep spools sealed. We ship nationwide by courier, and our local support team can help you dial in settings.
