Our loyalty program is set up to reward returning customers with discount on your next purchase. You don't need another card in your wallet or a new number you have to remember, we link your loyalty points to your profile on our system.
How to accumulate points?
You will earn 1 loyalty point for each R1 you spend, this excludes shipping. Then you can use your loyalty points to activate discount on your next order. This is valid for online as well as in-store purchases. Just make sure the in-store purchase is made on your profile. After your purchase you will receive an email notifying you of the new points you have received and the total points you have.
How to use the points?
Once you have accumulated some points you can start to receive discount. The minimum amount of point you can redeem for discount is 1000 points. For every 1000 point you use for discount, you will receive R10 discount. For example, if you use 6500 points, you will receive R65 discount. This discount can be used for online purchases or instore purchases. Points will expire if your account was inactive for 12 months.
Loyalty Program Policy
Participation in the 3D Printing Store loyalty program is entirely at the discretion of 3D Printing Store.co.za. We reserve the right to approve, refuse, suspend or terminate any customer’s participation in the loyalty program at any time, including where we suspect misuse, abuse, fraud, bad faith, breach of promotional rules, breach of the Terms and Conditions of sale, or exploitation of technical or system errors.
We may amend, withdraw or discontinue the loyalty program, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
Any points, credits, rewards, discounts or benefits obtained through misuse, abuse, fraud, technical error, system malfunction or breach of program rules may be cancelled, reversed or forfeited.
