The xTool MetalFab Ordinary Cutting Nozzle Set is replacement nozzles designed for precise and efficient metal cutting applications. Ideal for stainless steel, brass, aluminum, galvanized sheets, and carbon steel, this nozzle set ensures clean, accurate cuts across a wide range of materials and thicknesses.
For thin metals below 1 mm, the ordinary nozzle performs optimally with only 0.6 MPa gas pressure, providing smooth and consistent results. When working with thicker stainless steel, brass, or aluminum, you can either use the SaveGas™ nozzle (at 0.6 MPa) for improved efficiency, or the ordinary nozzle at 1.2 MPa for enhanced cutting power.
For carbon steel and galvanized sheets of 2 mm or thicker, it’s recommended to use a double-layer nozzle in combination with oxygen for the best performance.
This Ordinary Cutting Nozzle Set is intended as a spare set, since the xTool MetalFab CNC Cutter package already includes one standard nozzle.
