Booked the cnc machine in and the problem was very quickly identified, fixed and very good communication during the process

My printer was booked in for a small issue. The technician (Simeon) is fantastic. Kept me informed about the work being done and ensured the printer was 100% fixed before returning it. I've been a long-term customer of the store and will continue to be so.

I have been purchasing from 3D store for years now. i recently purchased the Anycubic Kobra 3 with the ACE pro. I really struggled with it since getting it, and eventually i had to take it in for evaluation and repair after the hot-end broke. The technical staff evaluated and repaired the printer to my satisfaction within the warranty. The printer has been working well since. Great service and constant feedback to keep me updated.
