I took my K1C printer in on Wednesday with error key:111 that means it's a communication failure between mainboard and the nozzle adaptor board for the printing head. I also provide 2 new print headboard and a heating nozzle. I already paid the quotation that was given to me in full of my understanding it already clear what the problem is so why does it took that long to repair. I phoned the shop about 10 times on Saturday to find out what is the status of my printer repairs, no one answered the phone so on the end of the day I have to drive all the way from Morelata park just the get the utterly disappointment news that the shop is understaff and the phones is at the back, this is not the customer worry's we as customers support your shop and then this is the poor representee of your service. I was also informed there was an e-mail send to me regarding the status but did not get such e-mail I was also informed the technician worked on my machine is still busy with fault finding because he struggles to determine where the fault indicates from. If you can't repair my machine, please let me know then i will come collet my machine and my already paid quote to be return to me the I will take it to Printing Lab or Building Volume to repair it. My intention was also to upgrade to a Creality K1 Max, but I will source it from one of the above-mentioned stores
