Clear ABS pellets used to dissolve in acetone to form a slurry called ABS juice. This is used to coat the glass bed of a 3D printer for better adhesion when printing ABS parts. The clear pellets is usefull, because it does not change the colour of the printed component irrespective ofthe colour filament used. I heated bed is still required when using this technique.
