This is the rough version of the build plate for Creality K1 3D printer and excludes the magnetic sticker that sticks to the heater bed.  The standard build plate is the smooth version.  

The roughness of the build plate provides better bed adhesion of the prints and gives a very nice texture to the bottom of the prints.
